  3. I agree with you guys 100%. I sent you tweets about what I do, and I know I owe you a video. From the responses to talking to people in default, it seems like homeowners do NOT understand what short sales really are, and they may even think that agents are trying to take advantage of them, that they get a “short” (in their mind a QUICK) sale, while ruining the homeowner’s credit and abuse them while they are in the default problem. I offer weekly seminars to educate people about short sales. By presenting the seminar, I become an “expert” in their eyes and when they are finally ready to short sale, they short sale through me (so far they all have). Providing info for people to read or watch has been invaluable in getting leads. I actually started another lead generator, and it has given me another almost 20 leads in less than a month. SWEET!
