   Regardless if people like Lee or not. Nobody can deny that he knows his stuff. Is he abrasive? Heck Yeah!!!! Does he make people mad? YOU BET! But there should be no question if the information he’s given is real life info that can help us close short sales. If you’ve ever talked with a bank or closed or short sale you’ll understand what he’s saying.

   Hey Fred…didn’t we talk about the pre-negotiatons, or soft negotiations today… the laundry list of BLUE SKY items they request before going to the negotiators? Great stuff!

   Lee seems to definately be in the know and surely thinks outside the box. HOWEVER, why don’t we get by all of the bragging and give us some real meat and potatoes as to how to get around some of the obstacles agents face day in and day out. I just started watching these videos and feel they are VERY helpful, but watched 3 hours of Lee Honish videos along with the one’s here and got little more than bragging and how he did this, and he did that. Sure he might have done so, and surely he thinks we are all idiots, but I want to learn……and he hasn’t taught me much. I think he has a lot to teach, but unless we pay him his $1200 for the system, then I guess we won’t get anything substantial out of him. Anyways, thanks to the guys on this site and keep plugging away as I appreciate all of the stuff you do.
