Coach Collard and Fred of Group 46:10, Arizona's Premier Short Sale Team discuss foreclosure sale dates. How far out from the sale date should you take on a client? Is it a good business decision to take a listing less than 30 days from the Trustee Sale Date? Coach Collard also breaks down the fact the word “foreclosure” gets thrown around a lot, but in Arizona there aren’t really many foreclosures at all, there are Deeds Of Trust.
Wow, I love the information on Foreclosures vs. Trustee Sales. I will often make an exception for clients or are 30 days or less from trustee sale date IF, I pick up on a sense of urgency from them. I am not usually concerned with if I can get the the sale date postponed. I have used so many different outback techniques to get these dates moved that its isn’t of big concern to me.
Outback Steakhouse!!! LOL – ok ok, – In the outback mindset, you, make that YOU call the shots, find the solutions, and get IT done despite morons telling you otherwise!
Hey Kevin, don’t you already have a pair???
Yeah, I agree, the key is setting expectation with client to not be a victim, but to be on board and in agreement with expectations of the process. It’s no fun to work against yoru client, and against the bank.
Better to influence all and get them to support you in your ASSAULT on inefficiency.
Put me in the drawing… I think I’m gonna go in my back yard, OUT BACK, and see what my dog is up too.
Where are all our other viewers or more specifically our other viewers that like to post comments? Are you all alive or did you already pack it in for the rest of the year? Don’t you konw the outback never sleeps!!!
BTW…how’s your dog doing out back Coach Collard?
That’s it for me. I’m out. Back to my other project…
(do I get credit for all 3 of those?)
Okay guys, I have to tell you that your information has been a great resource for someone living in the outback of Utah! With the beautiful desolate desert, amazing salt flats, majestic mountains, great snow and all our extreme sports venues. It’s just calling the people to come live here, it’s just going to cost us some of our outback acres.
Oh well, now I just have to help the ones that are in trouble with their homes.
Enjoy your videos!

I think you get extra credit for the creativity Fred! Great job!
