Now, Jonathan, great idea on using local banks and reps as advocates and assets, but I’d think twice, prior to having them LEAD other agents into ‘what we need for a successful’ short sale. That is ONLy determined by me/you, the empowered short sale agent/negotiator. Other than that, great video!
