the problem with anything – is that the bank employee will tell you whatever they think will get you off the phone so they don’t have to deal with it. It’s a matter of kicking the can down the road to the next person on the next day.
Well put Tanya – very little accountability so they can get away with a LOT!
Great info guys. I definitely agree with all 3 steps, and step #3 is probably where most challenges happen. There have been countless times where my team has been told by the lender that a sale is postponed, but the foreclosure attorney/trustee didn’t have the same information in their system. I never feel comfortable until I have heard the same information from both sources at least 2 times and also verified it on the trustee website.
A great source for links to trustee websites is:

Also, a great paid resource for people in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington is ForeclosureRadar. You can get a free 7 day trial at: http://www.FR7Free.com and we use it multiple times a day.
Thanks guys!
Jason
Thanks for the great link to trustee websites Jason – I’d never seen that but we’re bookmarking it now!!
Great reminder! Thanks for that. I’ve had a couple postponed and it was stressful to say the least! Sigh of relief once confirmed with the county.
But seriously guys, I’ve been watching you for some time now and find your webisodes informative & encouraging. This is a tough gig and I appreciate your tips. And just knowing that you deal with the same issues I have gives me a big confidence boost. I do this by myself w/a fraction of the volume you have. So to listen to your experience is so helpful to me.
I really appreciate that you take your valuable time & wisdom to share these webisodes each & every day without cost to the viewer! Really guys — thanks so much!!
Thank you Michele for watching and contributing! It’s great to hear that you find value in the webisodes. If there’s a topic you’d like to hear us talk on, let us know!!
