I just received a settlement letter from them. They're not so bad. This gentleman, was definitely a joke! Unfortunately you are right, there are several people who stand the for the banks, that are entirely too power hungry. I wish the execs would better manage the faces of there employees and take some genuine interest in the nuts and bolts of the process, then this fine negotiator may not have had such a large EGO! I'm curious about whether or not they're truly investigating this issue, or if they're simply covering their butts as quickly as possible so this doesn't become a problem for them.
