WARNING: Yesterday, Today, & Tomorrow’s videos were shot under poor lighting and audio conditions. For optimal results close your eyes and just listed to the audio (closing your eyes will heighten your sense of sound)….and please just soak up the content.
Now you need to do an episode on the Haunted House Ride at Disneyland.
Brian took some shots at me today (saying I’m on of the more direct/aggressive negotiators huh?!)
Did Brian say you were aggressive? He must have watched the Chase video
You haven’t met FWIII… he’s the real power house agressor. FWIV – can you invite your dad in for a little perspective from the ‘inside’? He’d do great!
My dad watches occasionally – let’s see if he reads this!
Great insight and information on this video. I heard a few great take-aways.
1. Gameplan on the first call – Who’s the investor? etc.
2. Delegated? That’s a word you won’t see on forums! Great one!
Did you notice he said touch the file every other day, but that he may only talk to the negotiator 7 times. Hmmm…
Love the videos guys, you have effectively destroyed my morning routine… now I’ll come here first. Sorry I missed you a FR.
he kept talking about phone calls – in my one and only SS experience (they’re just starting to grow here in SF) all my calls to the negotiator went straight to voice mail. is it just better at some banks? what’s your percentage of calls that do get answered?
Rob that is going to happen to you one very single Short Sale you ever do…part of the challenge is to be so good at your job that your negotiator calls you back OR doesn’t have to (communicate via email whenever possible)
See you at the Freemont Class Rob – Kevin
Thanks for the good info.
