    Hi Kevin and Fred, I’ve been watching your videos and I think you guys are the best. As soon as i figure out how to post your videos on my FB page I will do so, I know many of my frieds will appreciate the knowledge shared in your videos. Currently working a file with Wells Fargo,it is a helloc, the first lien holder has approved to pay them $11670 but they are still hasseling me to get 1% from the Agents commision and a additional contribution from the sellers. Is this common with their files? thank you very much and keep up the great job.
