hey guys- thanks for the info, but a question. we have an offer on a short sale property we were told is approved under HAFA. Except the servicer has now missed the 10 day response time to our offer and the sellers agent is telling us it could be another few weeks. Do you have any advice on how we can get a response to our offer? Thanks!
